Robotic Process Automation (RPA) refers to software tools
that can be used to automate repetitive human activities. These days PRAs now
perform lots of business processes like customer service queries and data entry
(among others).They are able to do this because they are user-friendly;
non-disruptive and highly adjustable while possessing a range of options.
However, they do not fix faulty processes and their inability
to read non-electric data, their “shelf life” and, input management issues can be limited to their functionality as enterprise automation tools. Given the
dynamic nature of the business world, it is clear that RPAs will offer a lot going forward.
